“As a small business owner serving the U.S. nuclear industry with technical writers and quality assurance auditors, I rarely endorse incumbents, but this is an exception.
Ken Ivory consistently demonstrates strong conservative values at the macro level- standing up for Utah’s rights against federal overreach and championing the principles of state sovereignty, enabling Utah to be stronger for generations to come. At the same time, on a more personal level, he shows a genuine commitment to protecting our youth from literature that would demean their integrity, values, and well-being.”
Leslie Dugay, County Delegate, West Jordan, District 39
-
“I strongly endorse Ken Ivory for re-election to the Utah House because he has the experience to effectively represent our district and our state.
Ken puts constituents first, helping me pass a bill to solve an anomaly in the law that affected many small businesses.
If you want limited government, lower taxes, and a strong economy, you’ll want to vote for Ken Ivory to keep Utah the ‘Best Managed State in the Nation’ for many more years to come.”
Gary Leany, County Delegate, past Legislative District Chair, Small Business Owner

“I’ve known our wonderful state representative, Ken Ivory, for over 20 years and have always admired his character and integrity, approachability and his ability to get things done.
Several months ago I approached Ken about a critical issue that one of our daughters was having. After nearly 13 years with her employer in the health industry she had been let go due to the negative effects that her MS was having on her in being able to fully perform her duties.
I explained the situation to Ken and asked him which state resources we should reach out to.
Ken immediately replied and said that he would get to work on it right away.
Within a day we had heard from three senior managers from the State of Utah Dept. of Workforce Services, saying that they had heard from Ken and were happy to help. Within a week our daughter had a counselor from the State of Utah Workforce Services Office of Rehabilitation assigned to her, who led her to the exact people that we needed in order to apply for Medicaid as well as helping her determine and locate courses that she could take that would allow her to have a new career.
She is now enrolled in a course, that once completed, will allow her to work from home in a controlled environment.
I am convinced that none of this would have happened so quickly had not our state representative, Ken Ivory, stepped in.”
Vyrl Bangerter, Constituent, Community Leader

“Representative Ken Ivory is a true champion for Utah families. He doesn’t just listen to parents, he stands in the gap for them.
Whether he is creating signs to cut through the opposing propaganda, arranging press meetings to educate the public, or personally delivering evidence of explicit school content to legislators in his famous brown paper bags, Ken never backs down.
He is a tenacious bulldog when it comes to revealing the truth. Parents need a fighter who values transparency and protection over deceptive rhetoric. We need Ken Ivory on our side!”

“I’m happy to give my strong support for Representative Ken Ivory’s reelection in House District 39.
As Chair of the Utah State Board of Education, I got to know Ken while he was working in the Legislature addressing parents’ concerns about inappropriate materials in schools.
I found Ken to be both principled and open to discussion on a very difficult issue. I’ve also worked with him as a member of the Utah Federalism Commission where Ken serves as the Co-Chair.
Ken is deeply knowledgeable about our Constitutional structure and committed to the primary role of States to serve our citizens on local issues.
I’ve watched him work across the aisle to find common ground and allow parties to work through their differences in the States, where power is closest to the people allowing greater collaboration, rather than the gridlock in Washington.
That’s the kind of leadership we need today, I hope you’ll join me in sending him back to the House to continue his service.”
Dr. Jim Moss, JD, past Chair Utah State Board of Education & UVU Professor

“Ken Ivory is a great legislator. He ranks regularly at the top of the House for preserving our liberty and freedom.
Ken is the expert at federalism fighting to keep the federal government in its lane and not letting it grab all power unto itself.
Ken is honest and trustworthy. He has fought hard to get indecent materials out of school libraries. Ken listens to constituents and works to get bills passed that help individuals and families. Ken has kept his word and puts Utah and family values first. He has a great grasp of the legislative process and works well with other legislators to get things done.
You can count on Ken to do great work in the House of Representatives.
I have personally known Ken for over 15 years. I trust Ken to do right for Utah and West Jordan.”

Ken Ivory is the kind of leader who delivers for his constituents, and I’m confident he will continue to do so.”
